Our 30-day guarantee
If you purchase a digital product directly from PureNovus — such as the Six-Month Program guide — and it isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. We would genuinely rather refund you than have you keep something that didn't help.
Books bought on Amazon. Breaking the Pattern is sold on Amazon Kindle, not by PureNovus. Amazon is the seller for that edition, so returns and refunds are handled under Amazon's own Kindle Store policy from your Amazon account — this 30-day policy does not apply to it.
How payments and refunds are handled
Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means Lemon Squeezy handles billing, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and is able to process refunds back to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, simply email me at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, including the name and email address you used at checkout. You can also request support directly through Lemon Squeezy, whose details appear on your purchase receipt. You do not need to give a reason, although any feedback is always welcome and helps me improve the guide.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive confirmation by email once the refund has been issued.
A note on digital products
Our products are educational digital downloads. Because the full content is available to you immediately after purchase, we ask that you request any refund within the 30-day window above. Beyond that period, refunds are at our discretion.
